Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/coordinator to manage daily assignments for our cleaning staff across residential (B2C) and commercial (B2B) clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Hindi to communicate with team members and clients effectively. This role requires strong multitasking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling & Coordination:
• Assign and dispatch cleaners to job sites based on availability, location, and client requirements.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules using scheduling software (Brillion).
• Adjust schedules in real-time for cancellations, emergencies, or last-minute requests.
• Optimize routes to maximize efficiency on zones and reduce travel time for cleaners.
2. Communication & Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact between cleaners, clients, and management.
• Communicate assignments, special instructions, and changes to cleaning staff.
• Handle client inquiries, confirm appointments, and provide updates on service times.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts or delays professionally and promptly.
3. Quality Control & Follow Up:
• Verify completed jobs by confirming with clients and cleaning teams.
• Report any service issues, delays, or no-shows to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, job completion, and client feedback.
4. Administrative Tasks:
• Update client databases and scheduling systems with new bookings or changes.
• Assist in tracking inventory and equipment needs for field staff.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on scheduling efficiency and workforce utilization.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 1+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or coordination roles (cleaning, hospitality, or field service industries preferred).
• Fluent in English & Hindi – MUST to liaise with staff and clients.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling software (knowledge in Brillion is a plus), Excel, and basic CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional phone/email manner.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
